How do a date and time become a form, an identifier and a point of closure?
For several years, Dax Ricaud has inscribed the completion date and time on his drawings. The notation changes through bubbles, frames, lines, pipes and handwriting. This research observes the moment when information becomes a visual element.

METHOD
A work can be completed. A three-work series can be closed. A research project may remain open, become interrupted or generate a new line of research.
The protocol does not decide for the artist. It makes visible the conditions, variations, passages and moments of closure.
